D15ACAT (Dublin 15 Autism Class Application Trial) for 2026/2027 School Year is closed.

If you wish to submit a late application to any school, you should fill out this form and email it to D15ACAT@ncse.ie.

• Proof of address x 2.
• Child’s Birth Certificate.
• Letter of Eligibility: if you don’t already have this, please apply NOW.
