Dear Guardians and Students,

Tá fáilte romhaibh go léir chuig ár súiomh idirlíon. Welcome to St. Francis Xavier Junior National School’s website. Here, you can take a virtual tour of our school and catch a glimpse into our thriving and busy classrooms. Our school is a special place where we work very hard to ensure that everyone feels welcome and included. School life here is so varied and all our children are exposed to many learning opportunities. Our dedicated staff, supportive families, and enthusiastic students work together to create an environment that is safe, inclusive, respectful and welcoming.

Our vision is that all of our children will achieve their full potential in a safe and happy environment. As teachers, we are committed to our own continuing professional development to ensure that the children experience the highest standard of education. We place a high value on collaboration with each other, parents, families and the wider school community to achieve the very best outcomes for all of our students.

We have recently achieved many awards including our second Gold Award for Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM), our third Active School flag, a third Green Flag, an ISPCC Blue Shield Flag and a National Parents Council Innovation prize. We are excited to continue working on these and newer projects into the future.
